I know, the directions look a bit overwhelming but once into it, it's not bad. If you are one who takes a quick glance and decides it's way more trouble than it looks, I get that. These were served at our church coffee hour and were very tasty. The comment was that these could replace sugary desserts and also have nutritional value. I am a confessed sugar addict.
