WAITSBURG—Graveside service for Francis “Frank” Brown, 98, who died June 24, 2018, will be held at Waitsburg City Cemetery on Sept. 8 at 9:30 a.m. A reception will be held at noon in the Fireside Room at the Washington Odd Fellows Home, 115 Miriam St., in Walla Walla.
