    DAYTON - The Touchet Valley Arts Council (TVAC) is preparing for their upcoming musical, "Rodgers & Hamerstein's Cinderella," coming to the Liberty Theater this fall. Based on the classic fairy tale, this popular Rodgers & Hammerstein production was written for television, originally airing in 1957 starring Julie Andrews.
