Nick Page's beautiful photo shows the grandeur of Palouse falls, about 40 miles north of Dayton and Waitsburg. On Tuesday, Washington Governor Jay Inslee traveled to the falls and signed a bill, passed by the legislature, making Palouse Falls Washington State's official waterfall. See photo on Page 1.
