Breakfast with Santa

Dayton First Congregational Church Fireside Room

8-11 a.m.

Children in the congregation and community are invited to join Santa for free breakfast and crafts. Parents are welcome to bring cameras to capture a photo of their child dining with Santa. Breakfast features pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, milk, juice, and coffee.

Dayton Senior Round Table

Waitsburg Resource Center

2-4 p.m.

The Center provides food and resources to families in the Waitsburg and Prescott School Districts.

"Make an Impression"

Elementary School Music Room

11:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. and 6-6:30 p.m. and 7:30- 8:30 p.m.

Community members are invited to make their mark on Squire Broel's Founding Fathers monument. The panel will be available during the day from 11:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m. and just prior to and following the 6:30 p.m. elementary school Christmas program in the evening.

Waitsburg Elementary Christmas Program

WHS Auditorium

6:30 p.m.

Following the program, families and friends are invited to enjoy refreshments at the elementary school library. Community members may also visit the elementary school band room before and after the concert to make a mark on the "Founding Fathers" art piece (see above).

Dayton Lighted Home Tours

Elk Drug Parking Lot

7 p.m.

Shuttle tours of decorated homes in the Dayton area are provided by Columbia County Public Transportation. The shuttle departs nightly at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 through Dec. 21. To make reservations and cast your vote for favorite lights call 382-1647. Tours are $1.50 and $1 for seniors (60 and under).

Music by Nevada Slim & Cimmaron Sue, book signing with Sandra Torres. Bring salad or dessert to share with neighbors. Collections will be taken for the Waitsburg Resource Center.

The 5th grade, 6th grade, Preston Hall and WHS bands will all perform. This year's concert theme is "Frozen!" Perishable food donations will be taken at the door and cookies and hot chocolate will be served following the concert.
