WALLA WALLA - Blue Mountain Community Foundation announced this month 78 discretionary grants they will award to 65 organizations in Walla Walla, Garfield, Columbia and Umatilla counties. WAITSBURG - Hundreds of musicians will come together in Waitsburg on Wednesday, October 22, for the Southeast Washington Music Educators (SEWMEA) High School MASS Band and Choir 2014.
