DAYTON—The movie “Sound of Freedom” is based on the true story of a former Homeland Security agent turned vigilante who embarks on a dangerous mission to rescue hundreds of children from sex traffickers. RATED: PG-13 for thematic content involving sex trafficking, violence, language, sexual references, some drug references and smoking throughout. Runtime is 135 minutes.

Rotten Tomatoes gave this movie 74%, saying “Sound of Freedom is an effective and suspenseful call to action against human trafficking, yet not free of issues in its depiction of the sensitive subject matter.” It...
