Valentine's Day is synonymous with lots of chocolate, candy hearts, flowers, and anything red, pink and white. It is my favorite holiday. Before I go into my recipe, I'll share some thoughts, as it has to do with food. On my way home from Spokane, I stopped at a Colfax gas station as I usually do. I bought a "small" bag of Kettle Corn, my travel food. It keeps me busy with eating a few pieces at a time and actually got me past the Lewiston/Walla Walla junction. Revilo James Neal made an early arrival, being born nine weeks early at Providence St. Mary's Medical Center in Walla Walla on Nov. 16, 2018.
