This is the chocolate cake recipe I mentioned so if it looks familiar, it's been posted before. One email I received from King Arthur was about the difference between cocoa powder and Dutch cocoa. I had bought some Dutch cocoa awhile back so I will use it up plus regular baking cocoa for this recipe. I'm going to make it and freeze it. It's a good day for baking and staying inside.
