I am proud to endorse Richard Schram for Sheriff.

Having worked with Richard for many years, I’ve seen firsthand the kind of leader and person he is. He leads with integrity, professionalism and genuine care for the people he serves. Richard has always put others before himself and approaches every situation with fairness, honesty and competence.

As Chief Deputy, Richard provides guidance and support to those around him while leading by example every day. He is approachable, dependable and committed to helping others grow professionally, earning the respect of both his peers and the people he supervises.

What really stands out about Richard is his commitment to the community. He doesn’t just talk about being involved, he shows up and participates in events like the Superhero Run, Shop with a Cop and college and career fairs at local high schools. Richard understands the importance of building relationships and being present in the community.

He has also dedicated himself to becoming a stronger leader through professional development, including attending the FBI National Academy and completing the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy program. Those accomplishments reflect his commitment to excellence and his willingness to continue learning and growing as a leader.

Richard has earned the respect of his colleagues and the community through years of selfless service and steady leadership. At a time when trust and strong leadership matter more than ever, I truly believe Richard Schram is the right choice for Sheriff.
