BID FOR THE BIRDS

WAITSBURG —The Waitsburg Booster Club officers and board members invite Cardinal supporters to the first annual “Bid for the Birds” silent auction fundraiser.

On Saturday, February 28, the Royal Block will host the 21+ event from 6 to 9 p.m.  The Booster Club will provide appetizers, and a no-host bar will be available.

 Silent auction items will include baskets donated by the school’s sports teams and clubs.  The team or club whose basket raises the most money will win a pizza party compliments of the Booster Club. 

The Booster Club welcomes community clubs, organizations, and businesses to donate baskets for the event.  The highest bid from a community basket wins “bragging rights.” 

Visit, listen to music, and place your bid.  All proceeds benefit the students, sports teams, clubs, and music programs at Waitsburg Schools.
