"You can get us some money for the pool," said City Clerk Randy Hinchliffe at a City Council meeting last fall, responding to community activist Joy Smith who had asked what she could do to help. Smith took the request to Blue Mountain Resource Conservation and Development Council Executive Director Lisa Naylor, who did just that.
