Providence offers free "Caring for the Caregiver" series starting Feb 16

WALLA WALLA—Providence St. Mary Regional Cancer Center is offering a free, four-part quarterly series for people who are assisting someone who has a chronic, debilitating disease or diagnosis.

The series, “Caring for the Caregiver”, begins Feb. 16 at 6 p.m., and continues May 11, Aug. 10 and Oct. 19 in the Providence St. Mary Regional Cancer Center at the corner of Seventh and Willow Street. Participants are asked to enter through the Cancer Center doors and to please wear a mask, as masking continues to be required in health care facilities.

The series will be facilitated by Michelle Watilo, a licensed and registered occupational therapist and the rehabilitation navigator at the Cancer Center.
