WALLA WALLA-After a two-year break, Helpline is bringing back its signature fundraising event, SoupPort, on Wednesday, April 20, 2023. The organization is asking the community to create and donate decorated bowls for the event. After enjoying delicious soup, the bowls will be served as a keepsake to event attendees.
