DAYTON – May is Women’s Health Month, and the Columbia County Wellness Project is presenting its 2nd annual Women’s Health Show on Saturday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Liberty Theater in downtown Dayton. Admission to this event is free and includes lunch. Door prizes will be awarded.

Guest speakers will include: Denise Lane of Blue Valley Acupuncture Clinic, who will discuss: “A journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step;” Dawn Meicher of the Waitsburg Clinic, will discuss: “Women’s Health – It isn’t what it used to be…thank goodness!” Sandy Kleck of Q Wood Fired Grill in Waitsburg will discuss: “Wind Friendly.” Michelle Janning, professor and chair of sociology at Whitman College, will discuss: “How Social Media Matters in Contemporary Motherhood.” And finally Laura Angulo of WorthFit Studio will discuss: “Set back or Set up!”
