WAITSBURG -- The Waitsburg Resource Center sponsored a visit from the Northwest Medical Teams International Mobile Dental Van last Friday. Volunteers Randy Pearson, DDS and assistant Diana Larsen were able to serve six patients during the 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. visit, though more were on the waiting list.

Pam Conover, a Resource Center Board member, said the cost of the van is $600. The Waitsburg High School National Honor Society donated over $400 toward the visit. "We've been receiving more donations of money -- designated specifically for the resource center -- rather than just food donations....
