WAITSBURG -- Charges against a Jubilee Leadership Academy student and WP football player accused of attempted rape in an incident occurring at Waitsburg High School on November 15 have been dismissed. The student pleaded not guilty on November 29 and was released to the custody of Jubilee Leadership Academy.
