TOUCHET VALLEY - The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program recruiting volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children Walla Walla and Columbia counties. On April 22-23, 137 pinwheels will be placed on the Walla Walla County Courthouse lawn to represent each child in need. Volunteers must take 30 hours of training, provided at no cost.
