    LA GRANDE, Ore. – Eastern Oregon University head football coach Tim Camp named Zach Bartlow as Offensive Player of the Year for the 2015 season, at a postseason banquet on Jan. 30. Zach is the son of Jeff and Lori Bartlow and is majoring in Business and Accounting at EOU. In 2013 Bartlow played six games and was named Academic All-Conference.
