Before I go into my recipe, I'll share some thoughts, as it has to do with food. On my way home from Spokane, I stopped at a Colfax gas station as I usually do. I really like gingerbread, molasses cookies, gingerbread cookies cut like little people, and my newest addition, which I can't believe I've reached my age and never had it before, cornbread with molasses.
