Waitsburg MS Volleyball players end season, ready for HS

WAITSBURG — Seven eighth graders played against the Touchet Redhawks in their last home game for Waitsburg Middle School on Wednesday, October 15.

The Cardinals won the five-set match against Touchet. The A-squad played the first two sets and won 25-22, 25-10 and 25-12. The B-squad played the last two sets and won 25-11 and 25-15.

Teammates Harlee Couston, Madison Potter, Lillian Carpenter, Laila Long, Tanna Ray, Kaitlyn Paul, and Audrey Kiefel finished their volleyball season on Tuesday, October 21 at Richland.

Coach Savannah Castillo said she was excited to see how the girls grow and learn on the high school court in the fall of 2026.
