WALLA WALLA—Blue Mountain Action Council (BMAC) is offering help to people who may be eligible to get a larger tax refund this year through the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). BMAC reminds you that you must file a tax return, even if you don’t owe tax, to claim the EITC benefit.
