WALLA WALLA – On July 18, the Walla Walla County Board of Commissioners approved increasing the civil processing fees charged by the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office. The change will take place Sept. 1 and will be the first increase since 1992.

The fee increase does not affect the recording fees of the Walla Walla County Auditor’s Office. Civil fees include items such as Notice of Small Claim Service, Suboena Service, Execution/Order of Sale Postings, and more.
