WALLA WALLA – Bestselling historical fiction novelist Jane Kirkpatrick will speak Tues., Aug. 31, at the Walla Walla Public library as part of the library’s Big Idea Talks series. A dessert reception will be held with the author at 6:30 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m.

Kirkpatrick is a New York Times and Christian Bookseller’s Association bestselling author of more than 25 books. She is known for her well-researched, inspirational, historical fiction based on the lives of real people and events.
