Semi truck with blown tire partially blocking Highway 12 near milepost 368. Deputies responded to a landlord tenant dispute on E. Patit Avenue; deputies stood by to keep the peace while the tenant moved out. Dayton resident Miguel Acevedo, 29, was arrested on S. 4th Street during a traffic stop on suspicion of violating a protection order.
