Bert and Deb Hays of Dayton announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Carole Hays to Caleb Richard Posey. Caleb is the son of Richard and Cindy Posey of Marysville, Wash. Heather graduated from Dayton High School in 2009 and is currently attending Radiologic Technologist School in Bellingham, Wash.
