Sheriff Turner has done an excellent job in his first term as sheriff of Walla Walla County.

Sherriff Turner made good on his promise to conduct 24 hour patrols in the rural areas of the county. He has visited the outlying areas and met with us on a regular, communicated schedule, something his predecessor didn't ever do. We have a positive presence of the Sheriff's office on our middle school campus in Burbank, and a win-win for both the school district and Sheriff's office, another first under his administration.

He has been ethical, impartial and fair in his dealings with everyone.

Further there has been no mismanagement of funds and embezzlement on his watch these past 4 years, unlike the sad case under his predecessor.

The fact that Mr. Turner was the only candidate for Sherriff who spoke and answered the public's questions at the community forum in Burbank on July 7th is another reason to vote for him.

Sherriff Turner is well qualified, extensively educated, has long and varied experience in many areas of law enforcement, is fair and impartial, has done well, and can continue to do the job, has made positive changes that were long overdue, and certainly deserves another term as Sherriff.
