Delp Receives Scholarship

Colleen Delp receives a certificate for the Association of Washington Cities scholarship during the Dayton City Council meeting Monday, July 9. Mayor Craig George spoke about Delp, saying she beat out 33 other applicants and complimenting her drive and hard work in school.
