WAITSBURG -- The WP Cardinals put another win on their league record with a 52-36 win over the Tri-City Prep Jaguars last Friday.

Waitsburg High School seniors were honored during the last home basketball game of the regular season on Feb. 7. Coming Next Week: Dayton Seniors.

WP's Zach Bartlow led the way with 21 points, including three 3-point baskets and12 rebounds. Dalton Estes threw up two three-pointers and scored eight points.

Saturday night, the Cardinals fell short losing to the Liberty Christian Patriots, 64-57. Despite Bartlow's 31 points in Saturday night's game, the Patriots went 14 for 23 from behind the threepoint line with a majority of those coming in the fourth quarter.

Bartlow also pounded the boards for 14 rebounds and tossed up four assists.
