I have made this casserole several times EXCEPT I haven't used the artichoke hearts and red pepper. The other person in my household doesn't like red peppers, but the next time I make it, I will get the artichoke hearts and red peppers. This was served at our church potluck luncheon. Potlucks are a great place to try new recipes, and also to take a favorite one to share. I have a similar recipe, called “Overnight Salad,” that doesn’t use the pasta or ham, but adds cabbage. Ten Years Ago January 25, 2007 Columbia County resident Brian Black has long held a vision of a memorial that would help honor all of the local veterans who have served their country.
