Ten Years Ago February 19, 2009 Waitsburg native Susan (Lawrence) Talbott and her family, on an airline flight recently espied familiar surroundings in the February 2009 edition of the Alaska Airline Magazine. This is the chocolate cake recipe I mentioned so if it looks familiar, it's been posted before. One email I received from King Arthur was about the difference between cocoa powder and Dutch cocoa.
