WAITSBURG – Touchet Valley Acoustic Music Project's (TVAMP) Feb. 13 "Bluegrass at the Plaza" fundraiser was a huge success, according to Director Kate Hockersmith. KENNEWICK – Waitsburg resident Steven Ray Long, 27, was arrested Jan. 30 while driving a car near the blue bridge in Kennewick just minutes after the vehicle was reported as stolen from a nearby apartment complex.
