DAYTON – Angie Dedloff has been crafting for as long as she can remember. An avid 4-H member since she was in fourth grade, 14-year-old Dedloff makes crafts and enters them into the Columbia County Fair every year. “I’ve always been doing crafts,” Dedloff said.
