DAYTON - As a young man living near San Francisco in the 1960s, Bill Freeman worked as a machinist and trained horses on the side. In 1965, he got a job helping build Little Goose Dam. DAYTON - The Dayton Development Task Force announced that it has received $64,8xx in December through its newly implemented B&O tax incentive program. The money will be used to for a variety of projects and programs in Downtown Dayton.
