DAYTON - Kids in Dayton will descend on the City Park Saturday morning for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt starts at 11 a.m. Organizer Judi Brooks said that the hunt is open to toddlers through sixth grade. Prizes will be awarded by age group to the kids finding the golden eggs. DAYTON - High School Senior Tanner Sousley has received permission from the county to host a clean-up day at Bundy Hollow Cemetery at noon on April 19, as a community service project. Tanner became interested in cleaning up the site because he has relatives buried in the cemetery. WAITSBURG -- The Waitsburg Resource Center sponsored a visit from the Northwest Medical Teams International Mobile Dental Van last Friday. Volunteers Randy Pearson, DDS and assistant Diana Larsen were able to serve six patients during the 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. visit, though more were on the waiting list. According to Steve Martin of the Snake River Salmon Recovery Board, the pond in the Dayton City Park was stocked earlier this month with rainbow trout.
