Charges stem from an incident on Oct. 29 in which Hernandez is accused of kicking open the door of a home and accusing a woman of taking his hair conditioner. DAYTON—When they met on Nov. 27, the Columbia County Hospital District Board of Commissioners approved a request from CEO Shane McGuire to apply for a loan to purchase a GE ultrasound machine for regular diagnostic and cardiac testing.
