    DAYTON - The Columbia County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously last week to extend its moratorium on marijuana businesses in the unincorporated county for three more months.     MEDICAL CANNABIS GARDENS ALSO OUTLAWED BY CITY COUNCIL RULING DAYTON - The Dayton City Council on Monday night passed an ordinance banning growing, processing and sales of marijuana in the city.
