WAITSBURG - While the end of the school year offers him a chance to relax, Superintendent Monty Sabin recently reflected on how he begins to miss the students and staff as the summer drives on. He was excited to welcome new and returning staff to the school, as they prepare classrooms and programs for the new year.
"It's a happy place for me. I look forward to the first day of school and seeing the students excited with their energy and smiles," said Sabin.
Sabin is also excited about the new staff members. He is confident that students and parents will like these new additions to the school district. He feels really fortunate to have these new members and thinks they will have a positive impact on the students this school year.
The district welcomes Christopher Kinnaird as the new K-12 Music Teacher, replacing Music Director Elizabeth Arebalos-Jagelski who retired last year.
Abby Board will be the Elementary School and District Administrative Assistant, and Secondary School Teacher Gabe Kiefel adds Athletic Director to his duties.
