Blue Mountain Grief and Loss Foundation Announces four Support Opportunities

WALLA WALLA — Blue Mountain Grief and Loss Foundation is offering four grief and caregiver support groups for the first quarter of 2026. The sessions will be held at the Foundation’s grief center on Isaacs Ave in Walla Walla.

The following programs are designed to provide compassionate, guided support to individuals and families navigating loss, trauma, and complex caregiving:

Journey Forward, an adult grief support group, is a professionally facilitated, 12-session series for adults who are grieving the death of a loved one. The group will begin on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Participants must RSVP before attending the first session.

After the Unthinkable, a suicide loss support group, offers a safe and understanding space for individuals who have lost someone to suicide. This group is structured as a drop-in series spanning over 11 sessions. The first session begins on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Participants must RSVP before attending the first session.

Journey Forward – Senior, a 12-session grief support group specifically for adults aged 65 and older who have experienced the loss of a spouse or partner. The date and time for this group are to be announced later. A waitlist is available for those interested in participating.

Dementia Caregiver Support group is designed for individuals who have someone in their life living with dementia. This drop-in group will be offered as a 10-session series, with dates and times to be determined. A waitlist is now forming as plans are finalized.
