Holiday shopping begins in Waitsburg Nov 29

WAITSBURG - After Black Friday comes Small Business Saturday, and on Nov. 29, Waitsburg's Main Street shops will be ready.

Start with smooth coffee and fresh baked goods at Wolfling Coffee, 206 Main Street. The new shop will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will host the first of four Saturday Markets before Christmas.

The Press Room, 137 Main, will be offering Press Paper Wrap sets, a chance to pull letterpress gift tags, and a private wrapping area for holiday treasures and gifting secrets.

The Royal Block, 222 Main, starts its annual Last Chance Wines Sale, which runs through Dec. 20 or until the wine is gone. After shopping, enjoy dumplings from 2 to 6 p.m.

Gaudy Gals on Main, at Town Hall, is full of curated holiday wonders. It will be impossible to leave empty-handed.

Simply Sawdust, 101 Main, is a working woodshop with unique gifts, vintage finds, and surpising gift ideas.

Portraits of Nature Gallery at Town Hall will be open in the morning featuring wildlife photograpy by Dave Tipton, Ready to hang, ready to give, ready to enjoy.
