WAITSBURG - Waitsburg High School's National Honor Society (NHS) held its annual induction on Wednesday, May 28.
Current NHS officers and their families welcomed new member Bea Karl into the membership.
"National Honor Society is one of the few clubs that students must qualify for rather than just sign up and join. Our Waitsburg chapter is full of incredible students, and I am blessed to be a part of it all," said NHS advisor Shannon Schreindl.
Service projects the NHS completed this year included a food drive and a blood drive.
"We are already in the planning stages for next year's service activities. I am really proud of these kids," said Schreindl.
