Dayon City Council approve land sales agreement for Wastewater Plant

DAYTON—The Dayton City Council unanimously passed Resolution 1507, which authorizes the mayor to enter into a purchase agreement with Douglas Krueger and Marjory L Krueger for land to be used for the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The proposed purchase agreement for the property was included in the Feb. 14 regular meeting packet available online with the agenda. The document had the purchase price to be based on $21,000 per acre for a purchase of not more than 65 acres and no less than 40 acres. The resulting maximum purchase price would be $1,365,000.00.
