The Friends of the Dayton Library is dedicated to making contributions, grants, and gifts to benefit the Dayton Memorial Library (Columbia County Rural Library District) and its patrons.

Volunteers make our programs possible, join us by:

•Helping in the Library.

•Volunteering with Events.

•Fundraising through Book Sales.

•Columbia County Fair Display in the Pavilion.

•Assisting with Library Events – Summer Reading Program, Poetry, and Music Programs, After School Programs, Story Time, and more.

•Hosting local Little Free Libraries
