Sherwood Trust opens FAll impact Grant opportunities

WALLA WALLA—Regional nonprofits and qualified agencies are invited to submit inquiries for Sherwood Trust Impact Grants that will be awarded in November. Impact Grants are available to fund up to $15,000 to nonprofits and agencies serving Walla Walla or Columbia County, Washington, or Milton-Freewater, Oregon.

This year’s Impact Grants will favor organizations that have not previously received Sherwood Trust funding or two or more organizations working on a shared outcome.

“Impact Grants can support important, smaller projects,” said Hunt. “We’re especially interested in hearing from organizations that have not previously received a Sherwood Trust grant and collaborative projects shared by two or more organizations.”

Letters of Interest for Impact Grants are due Friday, September 9, 2022. Organizations are encouraged to contact Sherwood Trust to discuss prior to submitting materials. Impact Grant recipients will be announced in November.
