The Times - Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley

WASHINGTON—The Cities of Dayton, Waitsburg, Walla Walla and College Place are jointly developing a regional housing action plan funded through a Dept. of Commerce grant. As part of the outreach for the Regional Housing Action Plan the public is invited to participate in a survey. The survey opens this week and will run through Dec. 28.
