The Times - Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley

There are four ways to get to Dayton, WA from Waitsburg: Highway 12, the Rose Gulch detour, the Hogeye route, and this one via Weinhard Road. Each route has its own unique picturesque sections.  Wish I'd been there when those two poplar trees in the distance were still gold with their fall foliage­-it would have been a perfect highlight and splash of color.  Next time.
