PENDELTON, Ore.-The Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) has an upcoming workshop that will be held at Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts, in Pendleton, Ore.; the public is welcome to register. The class will focus on monotype and monoprint techniques and be led by CSIA's Master Printer, Judith Baumann. The course takes place on Thursday, April 23–Sunday, April 26.
