The Times - Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley

On Sunday September 29, Dick Phillips will perform in a Living History presentation at Fort Walla Walla Museum, portraying his great grandfather William Phillips.

The performance takes place at 2:00 p.m.
