SPOKANE—Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) Director Kelly Susewind will host a digital open house on Mon., July 8 from 6-7 p.m. Susewind and Eastern Region Director Steve Pozzahghera will take questions from the public and provide updates on local issues.
Discussion topics will include local issues such as concerns about bear, wolf and cougar encounters, prescribed burn efforts, the change to antlerless deer hunting in norther counties, the current white sturgeon fishing season and the results of the joint northern pike suppression effort on Lake Roosevelt.
