DAYTON—The Columbia County Rural Library District and Humanities Washington are inviting the public to a conversation with story teller and artist Rituja Indapure about the power of storytelling. The talk will begin at 6 pm. on Thursday in the Delany Room and is free to the public.

Indapure’s presentation is called “The Healing Tale: How stories can move us beyond shame.”

She will demonstrate how sharing deeply personal stories releases darkness and leads to creative channels and, ultimately, crosses cultural barriers to create societal healing.
